They were courteous, professional and conscientious about keeping the work area clean. They completely refurbished my gas fireplace insert. Job well done!

Only place I would ever call. Our tech, Josh, was extremely friendly. He explained everything in detail. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood what was being done and why. I won't usually take the time to rate services unless they are exceptionally good or poor...this one was exceptionally good- a real bargain for the special price! I appreciated the fast scheduling as well as the call telling me the crew was on its' was. Arrived on-time, workers were polite, friendly, and competent. The service was provided in a very timely and professional manner, and they cleaned up after themselves (not everyone does this, and important to get all stars!) I will definitely use their services again. Shout out to Luke, he is very nice and should definitely play the saxophone!

Excel is a great a great company the installer was very nice and courteous and showed me how to work my thermostat the receptionist was very nice and courteous over the phone and helping me assist and finding the perfect time for me to have it installed I would recommend this company
